Shipping policy
Colt is excited to announce that he’s now shipping to the USA!
Shipping Costs: We offer the following rates for Canada and the USA*
- $18 for shipping throughout Canada (under 10 lbs)
- $25 for shipping throughout the USA (under 10 lbs)
*(Additional costs may apply for orders over 10 lbs.)
How long does it take to process a order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipping. Colt strives to fulfill orders promptly.
- Keep in mind that nearly all of Colt's creations are made to order, requiring time for crafting. A custom candle will take a minimum of 7-10 days to complete.
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After processing, your package will be shipped and should arrive within 2-7 days, depending on your location in Canada or the USA.
Are there any taxes and duties?
Your order may incur import duties and taxes upon reaching your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held liable for them.
Don't forget to check your email!
You will receive shipping confirmations, and updates will be provided. During holidays, shipping may experience delays beyond our control. If there are any delays on our end, we will inform you. For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us via email at coltcreations.ca.
Shipping plants
Shipping succulents may lead to damage, making air plants a better option. Please note that plants cannot be shipped for orders within the US.
Local pick up
- Curbside pickup is offered every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. To arrange this, please respond to the email or DM when you would like to pick up and wait for an acknowledgment before coming. Once confirmed your completed order will be labelled and placed in the bin located outside on the porch.
- Porch pickup is available in Welland, Ontario (Niagara Region)
